The Tecsun PL-398MP receiver combines the functions of a radio receiver and an MP3 player. The device has a compact size, is easy to set up and has a number of additional functions. The housing of the digital radio receiver is plastic; on the front panel there are two speakers, a digital display and control keys. Also on the body of the receiver there is a line input for connecting additional audio devices, a headphone jack and a mini USB port. Information about the current radio station, time and battery status is displayed on a small digital display. |

Setting Ranges
Tecsun PL-398MP supports FM/AM/SW/LW bands. For all bands, a quick setup and ETM memory function is available. 550 locations are reserved in the device’s memory for storing radio station settings. Station tuning is possible in various ways: automatically, with a rotary encoder, manually or by scanning from memory.

Additional Features
The display can show the current time in 12/24 formats. It is possible to set the receiver as an alarm clock with the inclusion of the desired radio station at a certain time. The thermometer function allows you to control the air temperature at home and on vacation. Tecsun PL-398MP supports music playback from SD memory cards up to 8 GB.
In addition to power from an external PSU, you can use three batteries or AA batteries. There is a built-in charger for AA Ni-MH batteries. Port for miniUSB power supply.
